How to Silence an Alert

If you are receiving Kairos sensor alerts and would like to temporarily mute or silence them, all you need to do is: 

• Go to your app.kairoswater.io homepage
• Click on the "Menu" dropdown on the right of your property and then select "Alerts" 
• Scroll or use the search bar function to find the specific alert you are looking for
• Click the toggle to the right of the alert to temporarily turn it off

If you would like to turn the alert back on, the instructions are the same to go to the alert and toggle it.
