Can't find your device? No worries, the KAIROS Portal has a feature for locating your device as long as you can retrieve the devEUI - the device's unique identifier comprising 16 alphanumerics. For KAIROS devices, these identifiers are located on a label on the top or bottom of the device. Once you have located this information:
- Log into your KAIROS account at portal.kairoswater.io.
- Click on "Lookup Device" in the upper-left corner
- If you are using a device with a camera you can scan the QR code on the device to look it up automatically. Just be sure to allow the browser and our app to have access to your camera.
Otherwise, you will need to type in the 16 alphanumerics making up the devEUI and click Search. - A few things can happen depending on the status of this device:
- You are taken to the device's detail page in the portal.
- You receive an error message at the bottom of the screen - "Device not found."
