If Noah has been added to an account and is showing as either offline or pending update, consider the following resolutions to bring Noah online.
1. Ensure there is a Kairos gateway in range
Once you are sure a gateway is in range, press the button on the bottom of Noah once.
Refresh the app to see any new data. If there is no new data, proceed to the next step.
2. Manually Send Update from Noah
Press the button once on the bottom of Noah to send an update to our app. Then, open and refresh the app, or visit app.kairoswater.io, to see if the device is active. If not, please try the next step.
3. Turn Noah OFF and then back ON
Turn the unit off by holding the button again for ten (10) seconds and until you hear a beep and see the green LED flash repeatedly.
Wait ten (10) seconds to turn the unit back on by holding the button 3 (three) seconds until the unit beeps and a sequence of red, green, and blue flashes on the LED.
Refresh the app to see any new data. If there is no new data, proceed to the next step.
4. Remove and Re-insert the Battery
Unscrew the 5 screws in the bottom of the unit.
Carefully remove the top and bottom shells
remove the battery (please note the positive and negative terminals of the battery.)
Put the battery back, being sure to match the polarity of the terminals on the battery and the steel clips.
Power Noah ON by holding the button down for three seconds, until the LED on the nose turns on.
5. Still not fixed
